- A 3 Bed Semi-Detached New-Build home in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
- A 2 Bed Furnished Apartment in Everton, Liverpool.
This is not to mention the ongoing managements and other services that we are accepting in the 15 mile radius of Warrington. The activity is born of how successful and fast we are at finding tenants.
Let’s use one of the properties as an example. The landlady in question has had it advertised with two different agents for five whole weeks without any bites. Within 24 hours we have had five enquiries and four viewings, and the property is expected to go to one of these individuals, as two have applied for tenancy. The secret, well there isn’t one. Basically the agents previously advertising do not employ the sites that are most popular for searches in that area. They stick to the tried and trusted, hence a slow response rate. We cover all areas. All of her responses came through just one advertising site, which had they had employed they would have had the same response.
