- Prepare and carry out a full and proper Immedi-let Inventory.
- Take Deposit and employ in Immedi-let Deposit Protection Scheme.
- Take an advanced rent and ongoing rents and generate landlords’ monthly statements.
- Management of repairs and ensuring compliance for safety certification.
- Regular visits to property and subsequent reports (to be done quarterly).
- Service of required notices when possession of the property is needed.
- Check out service on tenancy completion. Full Inventory report prepared.
